Additional charges:
Additional charges for heating during the winter months (October - February) - £30 per week

• When booking for more than 8 persons: surcharge £50 per person per week applies.
• Deposit  £150 per week (paid with initial booking)

• Final-cleaning £80 (All bookings must pay the cleaning fee)
